City of Heath Mayor and private attorney John Ratcliffe, the former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Texas, was involved in Monday’s hearing of suspected terrorist Hosam Maher Husein Smadi before US Magistrate Irma Ramirez in Dallas.
Samadi has been accused by the FBI of attempting to blow up the 60-story Fountain Place building with a bomb detonated with a cell phone in Dallas recently.
